Toddler Program Fees

The Nelephant Toddler Program is a warm community of children between the ages of 18 months to 3 years. They spend their time increasing independence, refining gross and fine motor skills, and expanding their vocabulary.

Tuition for the Toddler Program for Academic Year September 2024 – June 2025

Nelephant Montessori School has joined the Canada Wide Early Learning and Child Care (CWELCC) agreement between the Province of Ontario and the Government of Canada. Our tuition rates are set in conjunction with the Niagara Region under the guidelines of the CWELCC agreement and are subject to government funding.

Toddler Regular Program

**** Please note that the Enrolment Fee is non-refundable regardless of absence, transfer, or withdrawal

*** If you arrive after 11:30am (Half-Day) or 4:00pm (Full-Day), you will be charged a $10 late fee for the first 5 minutes, and $1 per minute thereafter.

** If permanently withdrawing after registration is completed, 1 month advance written notice must be given or full fees will be charged. If temporarily withdrawing (when going on vacation, etc.), full fees are required to be paid in order to hold your child’s space.

* Nelephant’s NSF Policy: Reimburse NSF amount plus $35

Extended Care Program

Nelephant offers an extended care program from 8:00am–8:30am (Before Care) and 4:00pm–5:00pm (Aftercare).

Please note that this program is offered on a first come/first serve basis. A maximum of 5 students can be accommodated in each program.

Fees are prorated for the year for those families who require extended care on a consistent basis and are included in the Monthly Tuition in the fee charts above.

Payment for this program follows the same format as tuition, and it will be included in your tuition payments by Pre-Authorized Payment on the 1st of each month.

**If you arrive after 5:00pm, there is a $10 late fee for the first 5 minutes which will increase to $1 for every minute thereafter. You will receive an invoice for this at the end of the month.
